Private classes for family or work groups require a minimum of 6 participants and are offered at no extra charge beyond the standard ticket price. For smaller groups, a private class for two is available for $800.

A $15 per person administration fee is charged for any date change requests. If a participant is unwell, 24 hours' notice is required to avoid forfeiting the class. Cancellations are not permitted on the day of the event under any circumstances.

Participants in standard workshops receive a physical certificate of completion. Those who complete the professional micro-credential course receive a digital badge and a digital certificate of completion to verify their technical skills in tempering and moulding.
