PLEASE NOTE 4 YEAR OLDS MAY ONLY ATTEND WITH AN OLDER SIBLING

Drop your kids off at our super-creative kids art workshops these July school holidays! Our workshops are a wonderful antidote to too much screen-time and nurture your child’s creativity. Perfect for arty siblings ages 5-12 (and 4 year olds with an older sibling).  Morning tea break is outdoors at Bieler Park playground on Gilderthorpe avenue, with a picnic & play in Varna Park at lunchtime weather permitting

UNDER THE SEA: CLAY CORAL REEF & GIANT FISH PUPPETS

Make a beautiful clay coral reef sculpture. Learn the basics of handbuilding in clay: slabs, pinch pots, coils and joining. Decorate your reef with some serious bling - glitter, sequins etc. In the afternoon we’ll be making huge flowy, glittery fish puppets on poles to complete our oceany theme!

Taught by Art Educators Chloe Powell & Annie kilbane

(Please note pic for illustration purposes only - actual work will be unfired & unglazed)

PLEASE DO NOT ENROL YOUR 4 YEAR OLD WITHOUT AN OLDER SIBLING

My five year old son loved this workshop! He was very proud of his work that he did and on the way home, asked to do more drawing at home (which he did!).
